The simple, handwritten logo using the apostrophe as the dot of the ‘i’, and the simple, bold colours make the product feel authentic and tasty to me, and it reinforces the concept of “handmade in our kitchen.”

Solo is a small ice cream lab in Northern Israel, where fine ice cream is being made from local ingredients and by traditional Italian methods. The branding is designed to convey simplicity on one hand and quality on the other hand; from raw material to the final product.

Honey & Mackie’s is a ice cream shop for kids that caters to parents. The name of the establishment comes from the nicknames of the owners children. Thus, the branding & packaging needed to be modern, authentic & kid fun.

Hefti Jeunesse is a line of Swiss ice cream with packaging designed for the Japanese market by Helvetica. The top and body of each package are decorated with simple, one color graphics, different for each flavor of the ice cream. The rim, in a shade of old gold, with a brushed-off finish, adds distinction to the whole series.
